What stays on your device

The current App stores garment records, fitting-model details and images, saved looks, comparison records, preferences and development credit data locally. These records are not currently synchronized through a MiRobe account. Device or operating-system backups may be managed separately by your device settings.

What remote AI processing receives

When you request remote image recognition or an outfit preview, relevant images and instructions are sent through MiRobe’s Cloudflare-hosted service to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. The current backend configuration uses a Beijing-region endpoint. A generated avatar can replace a personal fitting photo, but its image and the selected garment images still leave the device for remote processing.

Temporary processing storage

The current proxy code uses 24-hour expiration for stored asynchronous job data, including job inputs, status and results, measured from each write. This does not establish a deletion deadline for all logs, backups or the AI provider’s own systems. Alibaba Cloud’s mainland Model Studio notice says model and application call data is stored under applicable legal requirements; it does not state a fixed deletion period on that page. Website and support

This website has no login, upload form, advertising scripts or added analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect the site. If you email support, your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a Gmail inbox. Please avoid sending private photos or sensitive account information.

Your controls and limitations

You can manage local records through the App’s privacy controls and change photo or camera permissions in iOS Settings. Local deletion does not automatically erase information already sent to external providers. A remote deletion and request-handling process is a remaining pre-release requirement.
