HELP & SUPPORT
A little guidance.
MiRobe is in development. These answers describe the current development build; features may change before release.
Outfit previews
A result doesn’t look right. What should I try?
Use a clear, well-lit fitting photo with your whole body visible and minimal obstruction. Photograph each garment separately against a simple background. Check your selected items, layering and wearing plan before trying again. AI can change details or make mistakes; it cannot confirm size or physical fit.
Can I leave while a preview is generating?
Yes. MiRobe keeps a submitted render ID and checks it again when the app is active. Open View pending Look or Check again to continue without starting a second render. iOS may suspend the app in the background. Completed previews are saved in Looks. If the connection ends before a render ID is confirmed, MiRobe will ask you to dismiss that attempt before retrying.
Can I use an avatar instead of my own photo?
Yes. Choose the avatar fitting model. You can avoid uploading a personal fitting photo this way, but the generated avatar image and selected clothing images are still sent for AI processing when you request a remote preview.
Credits and purchases
Are subscriptions and credit packs available?
Payments are not yet enabled for public use. Development credits are local test data, not a paid balance or a cross-device account. There is no public purchase or download link on this website.
How do I report a credit or purchase issue?
Send the app version, what happened, and any error message to support@mirobe.app. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private photos. If an App Store receipt is relevant, remove unrelated personal information before sharing it.
Photos and local data
Where are my clothes and looks stored?
The current build stores your closet, fitting model and saved looks on your device. Remote AI features send the necessary images and outfit instructions to the processing service. See the development privacy draft for the current data flow and its limitations.
How do I remove my data?
Use the app’s privacy and data controls to remove local content. Removing data on your phone is not a request to erase information already processed by external services. Contact support for questions about previously uploaded data; remote deletion handling is still being finalized.
Still need help?
Email support@mirobe.app. Include your app version, device model and a brief description. If the link does not open, copy the address into your email app. Photos are never attached automatically by the App’s contact action.
